Light-Efficient Communities is a non-profit organization devoted to the reduction of waste light within and out of communities. Originally formed to combat waste light in the city of Edmonton, LEC now provides information on light pollution, light waste, light trespass and the effects of such. It also freely provides solutions for reduction or elimination of waste light to other individuals and organizations throughout the world. |
